  • Large Skillet with Lid


  • 2 large slices sourdough bread
  • 1 ½ slices vegan cheese
  • ¼ tsp dried or fresh oregano
  • 3 slices roma tomato

  • Spread the vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  • Using a large skillet with lid over medium heat, cook the sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasty.
