Ingredients
  

  • 4 endives
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high.
  • Wash and cut endives length wise
    4 endives
  • Whisk vinegar with olive oil until emulsified to make a nice vinaigrette
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
    1 pinch sea salt, fresh cracked pepper
  • Using a pastry brush or basting brush, coat the endives thoroughly with balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
  • Grill 4-5 minutes on medium heat with outer side touching the grill. Serve warm
