- 4 endives
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- Wash and cut endives length wise4 endives
- Whisk vinegar with olive oil until emulsified to make a nice vinaigrette2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Add salt and pepper to taste.1 pinch sea salt, fresh cracked pepper
- Using a pastry brush or basting brush, coat the endives thoroughly with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
- Grill 4-5 minutes on medium heat with outer side touching the grill. Serve warm
