Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high.
Wash and cut endives length wise

Whisk vinegar with olive oil until emulsified to make a nice vinaigrette
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Add salt and pepper to taste.
1 pinch sea salt,
fresh cracked pepper
Using a pastry brush or basting brush, coat the endives thoroughly with balsamic vinaigrette.
Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
Grill 4-5 minutes on medium heat with outer side touching the grill. Serve warm
