Champagne Vinaigrette (Your New Go-To Dressing)

Okay, let’s talk about this vinaigrette. Because once you make it, you’re going to want to pour it on everything—from salads to roasted veggies, even grilled chicken or grain bowls.

This Champagne Vinaigrette is my go-to when I want something bright, balanced, and just the right amount of fancy. The Dijon gives it body, the honey adds a hint of sweetness, and the champagne vinegar brings that clean, elegant acidity. It’s light but flavorful, and seriously—people will ask you what dressing you used.

Health Benefits in Every Drizzle:

  • Olive oil is rich in polyphenols and healthy fats that support heart health and reduce inflammation—especially helpful for women in midlife and beyond.
