Salmon with Champagne Vinaigrette

This is my simple broiled salmon recipe basted in champagne vinaigrette, topped with pomegranate.I love it because it’s so fast and so easy to make yet loaded with delicious flavor.
Equipment
- Large baking sheet
- Basting Brush
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 2 lbs salmon filet
- ¼ cup Christine‘s champagne vinaigrette click for recipe
- ¼ cup pomegranate arils (seeds) for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to broil.
- Coat a large baking sheet with olive oil.olive oil
- Place salmon skin side down on the baking sheet.2 lbs salmon filet
- Brush the champagne vinaigrette all over salmon.¼ cup Christine‘s champagne vinaigrette
- Broil for 12 minutes or until cooked to your desired temperature
- Sprinkle pomegranate and fresh parsley over top and serve immediately.¼ cup pomegranate arils (seeds), Fresh parsley
