This simple dish is one of my favorites. It is super quick and easy and who doesn't love a creamy, fruity treat? Better yet - with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, it is high in animal-friendly protein.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese (or Greek Yogurt)
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese and fruit and sprinkle with almonds.  I told you it was quick and easy!
    ¾ cup cottage cheese (or Greek Yogurt), ½ cup strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, 1 small banana, 1 tbsp slivered almonds
