Wild Berry Yogurt Parfait

This simple dish is one of my favorites. It is super quick and easy and who doesn't love a creamy, fruity treat? Better yet - with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, it is high in animal-friendly protein.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup cottage cheese (or Greek Yogurt)
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 small banana sliced
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
Instructions
