If you can't find a Pummelo, a grapefruit is a great substitute for this fruit. Make this without Grand Marnier for a refreshing mocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pummelo juice (or grapefruit)
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • fresh mint leaf

Instructions
 

  • Stir juice and Grand Marnier in a high ball glass.
    ½ cup pummelo juice, 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • Top off with sparkling mineral water.

  • Garnish with fresh mint leaf and a twist of pummelo skin.
