Halibut:
A lean white fish that’s rich in omega-3 fatty acids, known to reduce inflammation, improve mood, and support heart health. It’s also a great source of vitamin D, magnesium, and selenium—key nutrients for immune function, hormone balance, and maintaining strong bones post-menopause.

Thyme:
More than just a pretty herb—thyme is naturally antimicrobial and rich in vitamin C and antioxidants that support skin health and immune function.

Alkalizing, refreshing, and packed with vitamin C, which helps with collagen production and iron absorption. Plus, it adds that bright, citrusy lift that ties everything together.
