  • ¼ cup hot water
  • ¼ cup frothed plant milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsp dried lavender

  • In a mug, combine 1 tbsp lavender simple syrup, 1 shot espresso, and ¼ cup hot water.

  • Stir in 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, but adds creaminess and healthy fats)

  • Froth ¼ cup plant milk (such as almond, oat, or soy) using a milk frother or whisk.
  • Pour the frothed milk into the mug and stir gently to combine.

  • In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
