Ginger: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, ginger aids digestion, alleviates nausea, and may help in detoxifying the body by promoting the elimination of toxins.
Dandelion Root Tea: Dandelion is a diuretic, meaning it helps the body get rid of excess fluid. It's also believed to support liver function and improve digestion, assisting the body in removing toxins.
Milk Thistle Tea: Milk thistle is often used to support liver health. Its active ingredient, silymarin, has antioxidant properties that can help protect liver cells from damage and aid in detoxification processes.
Artichoke Extract: As mentioned, artichoke extract supports digestion and liver function. It can help stimulate bile production, aiding in the breakdown of fats and supporting the body's detoxification pathways.
Cinnamon Sticks: While primarily known for its aromatic and flavor properties, cinnamon also has some potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Lemon Juice: Lemons are a rich source of vitamin C and contain compounds that may support digestion and liver function. Additionally, they can act as a diuretic and help with detoxification.
