Loaded with fiber from beautiful, green, avocado and packed with protein from vegan protein powder, my secret ingredient? Dark chocolate covered espresso, beans and fresh mint leaves! It’s the perfect healthy and refreshing mid afternoon snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tsp espresso beans crushed

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender for one to two minutes and serve immediately.
