Blueberry Açaí Shake
Swimsuit season is here, and this Blueberry Açaí Shake is one of my favorite ways to stay on track without feeling deprived.
This smoothie has the perfect balance of natural sweetness, creamy texture, good-for-you fats, and protein to help keep you feeling full and fueled. It’s cold, refreshing, and tastes like a treat, but it’s made with simple, nourishing ingredients like antioxidant-rich blueberries, strawberries, açaí, protein powder, and light coconut milk.
I love açaí because it has such a delicious tart, slightly sweet flavor, and it brings major antioxidant power to this smoothie. Paired with berries and protein, this shake makes a fabulous breakfast, post-workout refuel, or afternoon snack when you want something light, satisfying, and healthy.
When the weather heats up, I naturally start craving lighter meals, and this smoothie is the perfect solution. It’s creamy, fruity, refreshing, and so easy to make. Just add everything to your blender and puree until smooth. That’s it!
Why You’ll Love This Smoothie
This Blueberry Açaí Shake is packed with vibrant berry flavor and has a creamy, milkshake-like texture without being heavy. The berries provide natural sweetness, the açaí adds that tart superfood boost, the coconut milk makes it creamy, and the protein powder helps keep you satisfied longer.
It’s also a great option when you’re trying to make healthier choices but still want something that feels indulgent. I always say healthy food should taste delicious, and this shake absolutely does.

Christine’s Healthy Chef Tips
- For a thicker smoothie, use less coconut milk or add a few extra ice cubes.
- For extra staying power, add a tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed.
- If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, add a few drops of monk fruit or a small drizzle of honey.
- If you want to turn this into a smoothie bowl, reduce the coconut milk slightly and top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, or granola.
