Vegan Caesar Dressing

Creamy, tangy, and totally guilt-free — this is Caesar dressing reinvented.

Let’s be honest — the dressing makes the salad. And this Vegan Caesar Dressing is proof that you don’t need eggs, anchovies, or dairy to get that rich, savory, tangy flavor we all love. Instead, this version is built around cannellini beans, a simple pantry staple that delivers silky texture and a boost of plant-based protein and fiber. Combine that with miso paste for umami depth, Dijon mustard for tang, and capers for that classic Caesar zing — and you’ve got yourself a healthy dressing that tastes anything but “healthy.”

Whether you’re tossing it with Romaine for a classic Caesar, drizzling it over roasted veggies, or spreading it on a wrap, this dressing brings instant flavor to every dish. It’s creamy, satisfying, and loaded with nutrients that support heart, bone, and skin health — especially important for women over 50. The avocado oil adds omega-rich fats for glowing skin and balanced hormones, while the beans keep you full and energized.
