Ingredients
Veggie Meat
- 10 ounces ground plant meat
- 2 tsp taco seasoning (see ingredients and instructions below)
- ½ cup crushed tomatoes
Taco Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp oregano
Instructions
Veggie Meat
- In a skillet drizzled with olive oil, cook the plant meat with the taco seasoning over medium-high
- When the plant meat is just slightly pink, add the tomatoes and reduce the heat to simmer.
- Simmer for approximately 5 minutes, or until any liquid is cooked off.
Taco Seasoning
- Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
