Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups (Protein-Packed + No-Bake Treat)

Creamy, crunchy, chocolatey perfection with a healthy twist.

Let’s talk about dessert that loves you back. These Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups are rich, satisfying, and full of that indulgent sweet-salty flavor combo we all crave—but they’re also packed with protein, healthy fats, and a hit of antioxidants.

This is one of those “treats in disguise” I make on repeat. It’s quick (no baking required), super customizable, and stores beautifully in the freezer for when that after-dinner sweet tooth kicks in. I started making these for my daughter’s afternoon pick-me-up… but let’s be honest—I make them for me, too. Especially when I want something a little decadent that still feels aligned with my wellness goals.

And can we just agree that edible rose petals on top instantly turn these into an elegant little moment?

How to Serve & Store

These are best enjoyed straight from the freezer (just let them sit at room temp for 2 minutes before biting in). Perfect for:

  • After dinner when you’re craving chocolate
  • Afternoon energy boost without a sugar crash
  • Pairing with your favorite herbal tea for a little self-care moment
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days—if they last that long!

These are everything—creamy, chocolatey, just the right amount of sweet, and made with clean, nourishing ingredients. If you’re looking for a healthy dessert idea that’s no-bake, dairy-free, and high-protein, this one’s a keeper.
Frozen yogurt + peanut butter + banana + dark chocolate = serious freezer snack goals. I love these for a post-dinner treat or mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Bonus: they help support balanced blood sugar and curb cravings—especially important for women over 50!
They're cute, customizable (yes, rose petals), and take less than 15 minutes of hands-on time. You’re going to want to keep a stash on hand all week.
