Ingredients

  • 4 med tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeño pepper for medium heat
  • 1 chili de arbol or Serrano chili for hot salsa
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dice the tomatoes, setting the juice to the side.
  • Combine tomatoes, onions, chilies, cilantro, and half of the juice from the tomatoes.
  • Add the lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite veggie crudités.
