More About This Recipe
Pro Tips for the Best Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
- Keep the Batter Light: You want just enough batter to coat the florets—too much will make them soggy instead of crispy.
- Use High Heat: Baking at 450°F ensures a crispy exterior while keeping the inside tender.
- Flip Halfway Through: This helps the cauliflower roast evenly and get that golden crispiness on all sides.
- Brush, Don’t Drench: Instead of soaking the florets in buffalo sauce, lightly brush it on to prevent sogginess.
- Pair with a Good Dip: These are amazing with vegan ranch, dairy-free blue cheese, or homemade tahini dressing!
