These buffalo cauliflower wings are such a delicious alternative to chicken wings and oh so easy to prepare. I love making them for parties and sometimes I make them for a simple and light dinner when I want a tasty treat with beauty-boosting benefits! Loaded with vitamin C for radiant skin and vitamin K supporting collagen production. Antioxidants in every bite promote skin health, making this snack a delightful combo of flavor and wellness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ¾ cup gluten free flour
  • ¾ cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450℉
  • Break up the head of cauliflower into florets about 1 inch wide

  • Using a large mixing bowl, add the Gluten free flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and milk, mix until combined.
    ¾ cup gluten free flour, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ¾ cup plant milk
  • Add the florets to the batter and toss until lightly and evenly coated. *Note, do not over do it with the batter….keep it light to avoid sogginess.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, mixing and flipping florets halfway.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, coconut oil and honey, mix well.
    ¼ cup buffalo hot sauce, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp honey
  • Brush hot sauce onto cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy with celery sticks and your favorite vegan dressing.
