Preheat oven to 450℉
Break up the head of cauliflower into florets about 1 inch wide
Using a large mixing bowl, add the Gluten free flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and milk, mix until combined.
Add the florets to the batter and toss until lightly and evenly coated. *Note, do not over do it with the batter….keep it light to avoid sogginess.
Bake for 20 minutes, mixing and flipping florets halfway.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, coconut oil and honey, mix well.
Brush hot sauce onto cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes.
Enjoy with celery sticks and your favorite vegan dressing.
