Preheat oven to 400℉
Place carrots on a large baking sheet pan in a single layer.
In a large sauté pan melt butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar stirring until sugar dissolves then pour over carrots evenly.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Bake carrots for 30-40 minutes, in 10 minute increments. Toss carrots every ten minutes to evenly distribute the maple glaze.
Serve warm.
