Heat water to about 175°F / 80°C — just below boiling.
¼ cup hot water
Add the hot water to the matcha.
Using a bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk vigorously in a quick “M” or “W” motion until the matcha is dissolved and a light foam forms (20–30 seconds).
No whisk? Try this: Place the matcha and hot water in a small jar with a lid or a blender. Shake or blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
Make the pink cloud
In a medium bowl, combine coconut cream, dragon fruit powder, and sugar.

Whip with a hand whisk, milk frother, or handheld mixer for 1–2 minutes until a fluffy, airy foam texture forms.
Assemble the drink
Fill a tall glass with ice.
