This is the perfect blend of Lazy Cook easy and Healthy Chef fresh. Lightly floral, citrusy, and fizzy — it’s the kind of mocktail you can make in under a minute, but it still feels clean, refreshing, and nourishing. Zero stress, zero alcohol, zero fuss.

- Tall glass
- citrus juicer (or just squeeze by hand — Lazy Cook approved!)
- Spoon for stirring
- Ice tray
Ingredients
- 2 oz Giffard non-alcoholic elderflower syrup (or cordial)
- 4 oz club soda or sparkling water
- ½ fresh lime juiced
- ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice.ice cubes
- Pour the elderflower syrup over the ice.2 oz Giffard non-alcoholic elderflower syrup (or cordial)
- Add fresh lime juice and give it a gentle stir.½ fresh lime
- Top with club soda or sparkling water — don’t over-stir so it stays bubbly.4 oz club soda or sparkling water
