There is an amazing Strawberry Basil cocktail at a restaurant called Toro in Cabo Mexico, its one of my favorites, it is so delicious and refreshing normally made with vodka. However, I have found it’s just as delicious without the vodka! If you love strawberries and basil, you must check out this check it out. With a tad of Vitamin C from a medley of medium strawberries, basil leaves, and zesty lime juice offers a burst of antioxidants. Sip on the goodness of 1 cup of hydrating coconut water, while a hint of strawberry simple syrup adds sweetness. Stir up wellness in a glass by following these simple steps. Here is my modified mocktail version.

1tbsplime juice
1cupcoconut water
ice
Instructions
Muddle the strawberries, basil, lime, and strawberry syrup in a pretty glass for about one minute.
Top with coconut water and stir gently. Add ice, stir again garnish with fresh, strawberries and lime.
