- 1/2 cup pummelo juice (or grapefruit)
- 1 shot Grand Marnier
- 1 cup sparkling water
- fresh mint leaf
Stir juice and Grand Marnier in a high ball glass.
Top off with sparkling mineral water.
Garnish with fresh mint leaf and a twist of pummelo skin.
