Ingredients

  • 3 shots light coconut milk (one ounce each) plus extra for the rim
  • 2 shots espresso or strong coffee (one ounce each)
  • 1 shot vanilla vodka (one ounce)
  • 1 shot crème de cacao (one ounce)
  • 10 dark chocolate covered espresso beans finely crushed
  • dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Dip rim of martini glass in coconut milk and then in finely crushed dark chocolate covered espresso beans.
  • Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
