Preheat oven to 350°
Combine sugar, banana, applesauce, eggs and coconut oil in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed.
Add coconut palm sugar and brown sugar; beat until combined.
Combine remaining dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture; beat until blended.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour batter into a 9 x 5” loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes in pan or on a wire rack.
