Ingredients
- 3 shots light coconut milk (one ounce each) plus extra for the rim
- 2 shots espresso or strong coffee (one ounce each)
- 1 shot vanilla vodka (one ounce)
- 1 shot crème de cacao (one ounce)
- 10 dark chocolate covered espresso beans finely crushed
- dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Dip rim of martini glass in coconut milk and then in finely crushed dark chocolate covered espresso beans.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
