We are all seeking the fastest and easiest way to burn fat. I'm telling you right now that there is no faster and easier way than eating with a smart nutrition plan. Other diets, detoxes, surgeries, and other crazy hijinks will only result in regaining the weight or other negative side effects.

There is one thing I do REALLY well:

You can ask almost any medical professional, any health professional, any personal trainer, any diet specialist and any nutritionist in the world and they will tell you to do two simple things to lose weight: eat less and exercise more. That advice is 100% accurate and at the same time completely useless. If you don't know what you are doing you will last somewhere between 1 and 3 days before your body will demand you feed it.

The Fastest and Easiest Way to Burn Fat

In the late 90's, many people invested in internet stocks. These stocks made a lot of money for many people. It seemed like everybody was instantly rich. Those who had regular jobs making steady money felt like fools. Then in 2000, these stocks came down to earth along with much of the paper gains that had been made. All of a sudden the people who were steadily earning money doing real work seemed smart again. We all want to do it instantly when we know that going a little slower is wiser and longer lasting. What this really means is - like the tortoise and the hare - slow and steady wins the race.

Getting rid of body fat is like investing in many ways. When you drop a lot of weight quickly (as in a no-carb diet), often you have simply gotten rid of water rather than fat. Worse, you might be burning muscle tissue which means a slower metabolism. It is only a matter of time before you bounce right back (like a high-flying stock crashing to earth). However when you cause your body to burn its own fat reserves in a healthy way, the gains are permanent - like money in the bank.

The body has all the systems in it already to burn fat. It is doing it all day and night already. Right now you are probably feeding it in a way that makes it store fat without a chance to burn any fat. You simply need to feed it the right foods at the right times so that the liver, the endocrine system, and the metabolic system will do their jobs efficiently.

Yes exercise helps too. But by a wide margin it is food that makes the biggest difference. It is your food, the timing of meals, and the balance of nutrients that will stabilize blood sugar levels and give you fast, easy fat burning. It is as simple and yet as complicated as that.
